2. It was moved by Chorbishop Sawyer to accept the minutes of the last meeting, Seconded by Mr. Swarez. Motion PASSED. (passed)
3. Mr. Leone moved to approve the hiring of a new science instructor. The motion was seconded by Ms. Campbell. Motion PASSED with unanimously. (passed)

4. It was moved by Mr. Leone to accept the budget as presented, seconded by Chorbishop Sawyer. Motion PASSED unanimously. (passed)
