I. Call To Order/Approval of Minutes
Approval of October 17, 2024 Minutes submitted.
Mr. Blalock called the meeting to order at 12:06 pm.
The Board did not need to go into Closed Session.
ChorbishopDr. Sawyer moved and Mr Suarez seconded the approval of the minutes from the October 17, 2024 meeting. The motion passed unanimously/

Chorbishop Dr Sawyer moved and Ms. Sidne Campbell Seconded the motion to approve the Consent Agenda that included the Non-Expansion Amendment to update the organization chair, Board Policies Modules 1, 5, and 6 and the Multihazard Emergency Operation Plan. No one opposed.
IV. Discuss and Possible Action Items
- Discussion and possible approval of items discussed in closed session.There was not Closed Session
- Discussion and possible addition of board members. no action on the addition of new board members.
- Discussion and possible approval of Charter Renewal Application. Chorbishop Dr Sawyer moved and Mr. Suarez seconded the motion to approve the Charter Renewal Applications. No one opposed.
- Discussion and possible approval of Calendar changes for 24-25 School year. The possible calendar changes for 4-day weeks or full-year discussion were tabled until the next meeting
- Discussion and possible approval of designated additional 10 non-business days for public information requests. No Acton.
