1. A motion to approve the minutes of the last Meeting, April 16, 2026, was presented. (passed)
2. A motion to increase the salaries for employees at the rate of: Step increase of 2% increase across the board. (passed)
3. Motion to go into closed session was presented at 12:29 pm. ** The closed session ended at 12:35 pm. (passed)
4. A motion for A new 3 year contract with the Superintendent's Salary will be raised at a 1 1/2 % increase for the next year, with a proviso that a bonus, dependent on the budget develops. Details willbe worked out between Dr. Blalock, and Dr. Sparacello. (passed)
5. Motion to adjourn was presented to adjourn. Passed meeting adjourned at 12:37 pm. (passed)
6. A motion to approve the Janitorial and Moving expenses as listed as follows: TX Clean, Janitorial - $96,000; Cascadia, Security - $98,752. 24; and the Move Solutions - $78,145.60. (passed)
7. A motion to increase the salaries of teachers as follows: 2% increase in the following academic year. (passed)

8. A motion to approve the insurance rate that is increasing at the rate of $29.00 per person per month, and that the school absorbs the increase into the budget. (At a cost of $521 per person each month, $468,900 per year, Total. (passed)
