1. I move that we start the year virtually for the first 9 weeks with the caveat that the board reserves the right to adjust the decision before Aug 10th if the numbers change or w/any additional feedback from our authorizer (passed)
2. I move that we schedule our board meetings for the 2nd monday each month beginning Aug 10th (passed)

3. I move that we adopt our FY21 calendar as presented (passed)
