4. Martine will be come the Committee Chair for the People and Culture Committee and Kanethia will become the Committee Chair for the Academic Excellence Committee by Sam, Second by Martine. Motion carried. (passed)
5. Approve approximately $11,000 sign on bonuses and referrals by Brent, Second by April. Motion carried. (passed)
6. Approve $24,000 for Tri-focus kits by Brent, Second by Sam. Motion carried. (passed)
