2. Kanethia posed a motion to approve the February financial states. (passed)
3. Kanethia motioned to move into the executive session. (passed)
4. Jacinta motioned to exit the executive session at 8:00pm. (passed)

5. Coretta motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:01pm. (passed)
