2. Motion to approve the April meeting minutes (passed)
3. Motion to approve the org chart with an amendment to that interventionist will require 3 years of experience. (passed)
4. Motion to go into executive session to discuss the Head of School’s FY25 contract terms. (passed)
5. Motion to amend Mr. Muhammad’s SY25 contract to include an allotment for discretionary spending, PD allotment, and the length of the agreement. (passed)
6. Motion to adjourn the executive session. (passed)
