2. Michelle posed a motion to approve the May and June meeting minutes. (passed)
3. Kanethia posed a motion to approve the financial report for 2024. (passed)

4. Kanethia posed a motion to dissolve the nutrition account and to transfer the funds from the nutrition account to the general operating account. (passed)
