The committee considered 10 motions, of which 9 passed, and 0 failed:

1. Approve the agenda as amended (proposed)
2. to approve the agenda and add old business and new business under the finance committee (passed)
3. To get rid of trimesters and move to semesters (passed)
4. Move from competencies to Standard (passed)
5. All employees must have a clearance and taken both tests by July 24th and be certified by February 1st 2020 (passed)
6. To move the June meeting to the June 3rd, contingent upon April being able to attend, otherwise we find another date. (passed)
7. Accept the organizational chart as discussed (passed)

9. Go into Executive Session (passed)

10. To get out of Executive Session @9:25pm (passed)
