Welcome and Call to Order
Monthly Financial Review
- Mr. Patterson-Ellis (CFO) Presented monthly financials, budget updates, and financial audit updates.
Corporate Sponsorships
Mr. Senior updated the committee on 2-3 current engagements with corporate sponsors and sponsorship packages. Corporations are presented with partnership packages with branding rights to buildings on campus.
Finance Internship
Mr. Senior communicated the need to get internship opportunity posted soon, as this role will assist in financial reporting preparation, as well as tasks with sponsorship request, documentations, meetings, etc.
