Board Member Recruitment

Review the Status of Board Member Recruitment: We have 3 strong candidates to begin in June 2027. The Board Chair will make a motion at the May Board meeting to approve the slate of candidates

Organizational Chart Proposal Discussion

Discuss proposed org chart as presented by Head of School.


The committee needs additional clarifications from Mr. Muhammad regarding job descriptions, rationale for adjustments, and salaries.
