The meeting will be called to the order, beginning with the pledge of allegiance.

Discuss the need for an HR representative and progress tracking of highly qualified/certified teachers.

The need for an HR representative was discussed. Potential names of candidates/agencies have been submitted to the Head of School to initiate the process. Ryan will follow up with additional HR contacts to Mr. Muhammad.

Discuss/review Letter of Assurances

Letter of Assurances received from FCS; board to review LOA and prepare to vote on acceptance of LOA at September board meeting

Review goals outlined in the strategic plan and assess progress towards goals.

Status checks will continue to monitor progress towards expected goals
Suggestions were made to create an acronym for our Tri-Focus areas to help with streamlining our mission when seeking donations, partnerships, etc.
Increasing fund development through donations, partnerships was identified as a critical element to help with increasing revenue and visibility to target more goals within the strategic plan

Discuss new concerns/needs for next committee meeting.

Members asked to think about goals that we would like each committee to achieve during the upcoming year
