Progress Update with Strat Plan Priorities

What we decided:
- We've created a draft profile of who we're looking for and what we need in our recruitment process
- We've created a timeline that needs to be ratified by the board (Recruitment in April, Vetting in May, Proposal of candidates to the board in June)
Next Steps:
- Review the updated by-laws and come with an opinion about what we need to change or update
- Review the sample survey we would give prospective board members in our recruitment process- what suggestions or thoughts do you have?
- Review the board matrix that I will share w/the board of our current composition (you can also view the picture below)
- Review when terms end + seats up for re-election
- Discuss key criteria needed in prospective board members
- Discuss timeline for recruitment and selection
