To support our 3 strategic plan outcomes under people and culture: 

• By 2021 Achieve a 4 star or higher climate rating
• By 2021 Maintain staff satisfaction and staff retention of high quality staff members at 90% 
• By 2021 Retain 90% of our families each year

The people and culture committee will be charged with implementing the Chatt Way for 3 key stakeholder groups: students, families, and staff members. For staff this spring we will focus on 5 key priorities: recruitment, selection, development, compensation, and retention.

• Break into 2 groups- one to focus on families one to focus on staff.
• During our work blocks- we will aim to complete 2 objectives: create a recruitment strategy for our group and determine owners and next steps.
