Update on Org Chart proposals

Next Steps and Key questions:

  • a job description (with specific responsibilities) for at least the Director of Culture; and also a re-thinking of the lines of management with a layed out rationale of the changes proposed
  • April and Kanethia will work w/Principal M around further fleshing out the org chart

Brainstorming Draft Policies and Procedures

Timeline for rolling out policies for board approval: Backwards planning from July 1st


We identified a starting point with our employee and student handbook


Next steps: Kanethia will work with Dr. Weems-Allen, Martine, other committee members to condense the policy manual into one document
