1. Approve the agenda as submitted. (passed)
2. Approval of Minutes. (passed)
3. To amend the ESSER III plan to include a $5,000 one-time teacher bonus and have CCSD review and approve the amended plan. (passed)
4. Motion to accept the Hill Construction $2.2 million dollar proposal. (passed)
5. Motion to approve the Hill Construction proposal and use approximately $900,000 of remaining ESSER funds along with supplemented by General Operating funds to complete the project. (passed)

6. Motion to approve the proposed Cheerleading budget training request. (passed)
