The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by JICHS Board Chair, James Sullivan, and began with the pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence.
So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.

Add National Board Certification fees up to $1,800 to the Tuition Assistance Program- For approval.
The cost of the National Board Certification fees came up and then a discussion about bringing up the entire Tuition Assistance up from $1,500 to $1,800 took place.
Motion to increase the Tuition Assistance Program to $1,800 for any type of graduate coursework and National Board Certification.

Presenting JICHS monthly Financial Statement.
This month's statement reflects the bonuses that went out in November. Because of this, there is a significant drop to the number of days of cash-on-hand in the General Operating accounts. The Edward Jones accounts are still stable.
