Approval of Finance Agenda

So that there is an agreement between committee members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the committee shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move through agenda as specified.

Not much this month.

Have not received July or August payroll bill. The line item includes these cost.

Pg.1- teacher supply line won't be a large change

Pg.5- Health supplies line is already at 80% spent (some Covid expenses is on this line).

Pg.8- Out door science classroom- 250K for the overall budget base on last moths board vote.

No leap days was added to the budget for teacher pay.

Cares Act Tracking

Schools must track all spending to receive refund for this spending following all rules and regulations.

Action plan on how to spend Cares Act was agreed upon but the JICHS team.

• Project Code used by JICHS bookkeeper is Co19 on a google sheet.
