Approval of Agenda

So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.

expense- early college bill still not received from CCSD, food service wasn't refunded, CCSD need to get us the bills before the end of the fiscal year.

Esser II Funds

2.5 million funds for the next 2 fiscal years till June 2023. Cant be used until Esser I is used. Must us funds from a specific list.

Step Increase and 2% COLA

The payment can be done by Prestige along w/ payroll but JI would need to enroll new employees. Retirement and Insurance payments can be handled by prestige but having someone for on-boarding would be helpful. Need pricing as a back up just in case CCSD wont continue our contract. David talked about a self serve on boarding.
