Approval of Agenda

So that there is agreement between board members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the board shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move the board through the agenda as specified.

EIA- Student at risk of failing and another funs is set to come in next week.

Sub line has increased due to the pandemic.

Transportation- 231,078.63 is tracking less than it's budgeted for.

Liability insurance went up but it was pre-paid.

Band Director Position- vote

- 220-day contracts. JICHS should follow this model to fair and competitive. The positions weren't aligned w/CCSD.

Review 21-22 Budget (2nd reading)

Student Concern Specialist will be paid by JICHS, not by Kelly Service.

220 day Band director will be added.

Increase student fee line item to 325K.

Baseball Field Irrigation System and Infield Renovation

New irrigation for baseball field-18k

Replace the Infield- 15K

This is all general maintenance for the Baseball field and it needs to be replaced.

Pressure Wash the stadium - information
