Days Cash on Hand is up about 10 days from the previous month.
There was $429,000 transfered from the Ameriprise account to the Operating account in addition to the increase in funding that was received in January. The $429,000 represented about 6 days, the other 4 days was growth.
The Operating account is above 60 days Cash on Hand.
There was about a 10 day increase with the additional funding.
Operating income is back to the positive. Last month it was negative $18,000, this month it is positive $259,000.
Net income continues to be negative due to construction spending.
Balance Sheet
The retainage payable had about $23,000 paid off for the Turf Project, which is completely finalized.
What is left is for the Hill Project, which is around $163,000 retainage payable.
The final Hill payment was approved and should be reflected in the February budget.
We received about $400,000 from CCSD at the beginning of February.
We're looking at about 45.67% remaining at this point.

CCSD FY2026 190 Day Teacher Salary Schedule (Draft)
For teaches, CCSD is not going to use Steps 0-4 and will start everyone at Step 5, which is roughly $65,000. We will match what CCSD is doing.
We have very few teachers under Step 5.
CCSD has been more aggressive with teacher increases over the last couple of years.
