Approval of Finance Agenda

So that there is an agreement between committee members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the committee shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move through agenda as specified.

Financial Statement

Prestige

Early College increased because we have to pay for a portion of students in our attendance zone that attend the early college. Will pull list of kids who have chosen to go there so we can budget for next year and pull the number at the start of the school year.

Maintains supply line is over- suggest increasing this line for the rest of the school year(based on moth to month). Mr. Thorn want to leave it.

Overtime for Maintenance- Add the line per month average

Busing and transportation-on track with extra bill we didn't Receive the Jan bill.

Overall total will be less because of the early college students and Clark Academy. David will look into how that is totaled.

135 day count is next Friday 3/22.

CCSD Finance Update

Base cost from the state will remain the same and will not go up(revenue). Increase will still happen for teachers salaries.

JICHS FY 20 Budget

This budget was built on 1581. The committee want to have the number to start with 1540.

Capturing Kids Hearts

CKH 1 and Lead-worthy Class

26K for 50 staff members to be trained if we want 60 staff members will be 30k.

Enrollment update

1512 current enrollment.

Solar Panels

no cost to the school and reduced the energy cost as an option from 380 to 100k a year.
