Welcome and Call to Order
The meeting will be called to the order.
Approval of Finance Agenda
So that there is an agreement between committee members on the agenda, and the amount of time spent on the meeting, the committee shall vote to approve an agenda for the meeting. To the best of its ability, it will follow that agenda, and allow for the chair to move through agenda as specified.

Financial Statement
Prestige
Revenue- increase the student fee line up 5k more.
Expenses- Maintenance line needs to be increased $47,00.
IB- has 18% left. Not worried about increasing that line at this time.
Budget balance- 1.1 mill.
Add 0.5 Band Director 2020-21
0.5 Band Director 2020-21. Will share with CRMS. Band size is increasing and a .5 director is needed to meet the need of the total students. Cost will be about $40k with benefits.
Construction Update
Plan b for construction- Changing the Health science across the hall instead of by the new gym. 1.3 plus 700K. 2 million needs to be approved by JICHS Board to present to CCSD board at the end of the month. We will only lose the suite portion. Space for 2 culinary teachers. Construction will be a year and half will start this summer.
Selling Trailers
Selling JICHS owned trailers. CCSD want to buy our trailers. Keep 2 trailers.
Staffing for 20-21 school year
based on building needs SS teacher, absorbing a math teacher, Second culinary & family consumer science, Spanish teacher, sports med, science. Adding 2.5 FTE for the 20-21 school year estimate is $190K. Need to look at adding a couple used bus for athletics.
